My life is an adventure. It is constantly changing, it is challenging and I am learning – as I hope the rest of you are too.
I have a creative heart that tends to struggle sometimes, as most hearts do. I’m a photographer who loves Jesus and is in need of him more than I could have ever imagined. I am a wife and a mother – but most importantly – I am flawed, only made perfect by God’s grace.
When I first started this blog, it helped me through miles of challenges. It was a source to move my life through hurt and heartbreak – and into Grace – with the hopes of allowing people to share their burdens. Over the last year, I have made a million other blogs – none succeeding, but mostly for my own pleasure. Writing keeps me sane.
I have come to the decision to bring all of my blogs into one blog – with this site being the main one. If you’re reading this, I hope that you are prepared for a glimpse into my ever-changing mind – my sarcastic, witty and never settling mind. I pray that God will use these posts to work in your life, as he has done in mine.

Brenna, (my daughter from El Salvadore :D). You are absolutely amazing! You have such courage to open yourself up and share yourself with the world. I can and do learn so much from you and the youth of our church family. It was such a pleasure to get to know you on our trip abroad. I love your heart, your love for Jesus, your sense of humour and pretty much everything about you. I look forward to following you on this journey.
